June 2007 will see the introduction of mandatory Home Information Packs (HIPs) for home sellers.  As part of the HIP your property will need an Energy Perfomance Certificate (EPC).  ProjectCarbon.org will be offering these certificates come June but why not plan ahead and have a pre-EPC carried out?
